Joanne Osmond, working behind the scenes, creates a better world because she has walked this way. Leaving footsteps for others to follow, she is leading the way.

Joanne Osmond is transparent. There are other words that describe her as well, such as conservative, dedicated to improving the whole child, relevant and practical, reformer, intense, ever-ready energized, and a change agent. She is not afraid to make hard decisions that need to be made to ensure success in the future. Maybe she is a visionary, but she relates that she is only an implementer of the visions that others have. She has been recognized for transforming both individuals and organizations and she continues to do that today in her Lake County community and worldwide through her BYUI instruction. Her personal mission, handed down to her from her father, is to leave this world a better place because she passed this way.
